get help now"Our goal is to get the youth off the streets and somewhere safe. By reaching out to the youth we not only earn their trust but we also show them that we really do care - that is something they don't often see." - Urban Peak Outreach Team Urban Peak works with homeless and runaway youth between the ages of 14 and 24 years of age in Denver and between the ages of 15 to 21 in Colorado Springs. We provide a safe and caring place so that you can begin to work on getting off the streets. We offer assistance in Denver and in Colorado Springs. If you are older or younger than the ages we serve, we can still help find a shelter or similar organization that help people in any age group.
