The symposium was attended by 150 of our colleagues in the mental health and substance abuse fields, and featured panel discussions, presentations, and breakout sessions led by some of the areas top professionals. The purpose of this symposium was to convene representatives from the major public, private, and not-for-profit agencies, institutions, and organizations that are concerned with the health and welfare of young adults in Colorado to assess the need for services for those who present with serious substance abuse and mental health problems.
